•Complete all fittings in a timely manner ensuring proper fit and alterations to Hermès standards
•Maintain an excellent level of customer service and foster client relationships to increase brand loyalty
•Work closely with MTM/Bespoke teams and respond to client requests with accurate lead times and cost estimates
•Demonstrate proficiency with tailoring equipment and garment construction techniques
•Assist in educating store personnel on pressing techniques and garment care
