Key Responsibilities

  • •Use company estimating systems, tools, and procedures to prepare cost documentation for infrastructure projects.
  • •Analyze how project assumptions and decisions affect overall cost estimates.
  • •Prepare cost estimates at different project stages, including bills of quantities and concept construction schedules.
  • •Track costs of materials and equipment and update cost plans throughout design development.
  • •Collaborate with subcontractors, manufacturers, discipline teams, and participate in in-person and remote client/design meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Strong knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, and roadworks, including earthworks quantity calculations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
  • •Experience with cost estimating software such as Norma Pro or Norma Expert.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
