Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including U.S. current/deferred tax calculations and related analyses.
  • •Review effective tax rate analyses, reconciliations, return-to-provision adjustments, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, and tax reserves.
  • •Manage U.S. federal and state income/franchise tax compliance deliverables, including returns, extensions, estimated tax payments, and workpapers.
  • •Support income tax examinations by managing IDRs and issues, coordinating responses, and escalating material tax risks and schedule risks.
  • •Maintain SOX controls and governance for tax reporting, and drive process improvement using OneSource and reporting/automation/analytics tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • •CPA required.
  • •8+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience, including Big Four or multinational corporate tax experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and experience preparing/reviewing quarterly and annual income tax provisions for public or similarly complex multinational organizations.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with corporate tax provision and compliance software (OneSource preferred).
