Engage customers through Levi’s omnichannel experience and the Red Tab Loyalty program, resolve concerns in line with company policy, and partner with store leadership on elevated issues. Handle cash and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while following store procedures and standards.
