Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and maintain realistic, consistent integrated project schedule structures and baselines, including logic, resources, and progress updates.
  • •Create and manage schedules across Level I to III for engineering and construction phases, including critical path, trend analysis, float erosion, and S-curves.
  • •Implement planning controls and company standard tools/processes, ensuring compliance and consistency through rigorous adherence to control processes.
  • •Produce monthly schedule status updates and forecasts, highlighting variances, managing what-if scenarios, and ensuring realism under commercial pressure.
  • •Support schedule assurance through peer reviews, third-party PS teams coordination, benchmarking, and contract/date alignment; translate risk profiles into the plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience, with hands-on project planning and scheduling across all phases and the ability to work in lead/managerial planning contexts.
  • •Engineering degree and/or certification as a project planner (or equivalent experience).
  • •Trained in Primavera (P6) desktop and cloud versions and fluent in planning & scheduling principles, techniques, and industry-standard tools.
  • •Strong risk management and benchmarking experience, including schedule risk analysis support using deterministic and probabilistic methods.
  • •Proven leadership, communication, and self-driven continuous improvement skills, with demonstrated HSSE leadership across project phases.
