Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the escalation point for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example with professional interactions
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help improve operations

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (college diploma is not required)
  • •Able to be on your feet and move heavy products; able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack/hand truck
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash)
  • •You are at least 18 years of age
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
