Job Summary

Own the strategic roadmap for Sonatype’s People technology ecosystem, serving as the primary business owner for HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, Performance, Learning, and Compensation. Lead HR technology transformation, including platform consolidation, workflow redesign, implementations, upgrades, integrations, vendor transitions, and continuous process improvement. Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and People Analytics to design integration and data governance that enables scalable, AI-enabled employee and manager self-service.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic roadmap for the People technology ecosystem and serve as primary business owner for HR systems including HRIS, ATS, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.
•Design scalable HR systems architecture and support integrations, security standards, governance, and ongoing platform performance with IT.
•Lead HR process architecture and operational excellence, including end-to-end redesign of core People processes and elimination of manual work via workflow redesign, automation, and self-service.
•Lead HR technology transformation initiatives such as platform consolidation, workflow redesign, system migration planning, vendor transitions, user acceptance testing, change management, and production readiness.
•Establish HR data governance standards for data integrity and master data management, and partner with People Analytics to support dashboard development, reporting, and executive insights.

Key Requirements

•7+ years leading HRIS, HR technology, systems architecture, or People Operations transformation.
•Demonstrated experience leading enterprise HR technology implementations and system migrations.

•Strong knowledge of HRIS architecture, integrations, APIs, and data governance.
•Experience managing external technology vendors and implementation partners, including AI and automation within HR.
