Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and support development, implementation, and support of new hardware products.
  • •Define program objectives, deliverables, and metrics with clear exit criteria; run internal operations and production readiness meetings.
  • •Plan programs, track progress, communicate status, and escalate issues; lead risk management and problem-solving across the program lifecycle.
  • •Run program review meetings with cross-functional program managers to provide actionable status updates, solicit input, and communicate risks.
  • •Develop and improve processes for supply chain, manufacturing, and quality; coordinate post-ramp qualification and sustaining activities including testing, ECO implementation, and end-of-life planning.
