Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers in the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the right person or location.
•Determine whether customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
•Control service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles and park vehicles after they are written up.
•Drive vehicles safely and report lot damage immediately; retrieve vehicles for pickup and thank customers.
•Maintain a clean and safe service drive area and install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags; deliver keys and repair order hard copies to Service Advisors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly
