Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze material consumption, demand forecasts, aged inventory, purchase orders, in-transit materials, and safety stock to support production requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate material master data, routing information, and Bills of Material (BOMs) for production and procurement.
  • •Review MRP outputs and collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to align material availability with production schedules.
  • •Expedite materials and production requirements to address supply shortages and resolve material shortages, supply delays, and inventory discrepancies.
  • •Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) / Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), non-conformance resolution, and partner in New Product Introduction (NPI) for supply chain readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory control, order management, supply chain, or related manufacturing environments.
  • •Demonstrate experience with inventory optimization, materials management, production support, and asset utilization.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret planning data, identify risks, and support decision-making.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations organizations.
