  • •Finds, vets, pitches, signs and onboards vendors to secure quality, cost, speed, reliability and scalability.
  • •Pitching and onboarding vendor partners quickly with clear criteria around the initial test period and scalability if successful.
  • •Sets up vendor onboarding trainings and manages performance through weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR/MBR).
  • •Drives excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships while expanding the supply base and improving product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
  • •Collaborates with merchants, procurement and vendor partners on pricing and cost optimization to achieve targeted margins.
