Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial rationale and business intelligence to support analysis of new projects and titles in the greenlight process.
  • •Support VP/EVP negotiations with external partners, including evaluating deals, drafting offer letters, and managing board approvals to achieve greenlight.
  • •Manage financial modelling for projects, including running P&Ls and advising on financial scenarios and structures.
  • •Track and manage the catalogue, including license expiry tracking, liaising on potential deals/opportunities, and negotiating deal renewals.
  • •Perform end-to-end deal operations such as invoicing and payment with partners, and oversee selected projects including external negotiation with Manager support.

Key Requirements

  • •Passion for working with new content and talent across unscripted genres (e.g., documentaries, live shows, kids & family).
  • •Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Financial and legal understanding of content development/production, including experience with financial modelling (a plus).
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • •Excellent organization and attention to detail with strong analytical, commercial awareness, and results focus under pressure.
