  • •Own physical security and safety operations across the EMEA region, overseeing local delivery and continuously improving processes and procedures.
  • •Oversee security provider service delivery and performance in partnership with Campus Operations.
  • •Lead security and safety incident management for the region, including post-incident reviews and coordinated response to major external incidents.
  • •Deliver security and safety planning for major marketing and internal events, partnering with event owners to assess risk and execute appropriate security frameworks.
  • •Monitor geopolitical developments for regional impact and maintain site security risk assessments and registers; advise on requirements for new space acquisitions/openings.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated depth and breadth in corporate security, physical security operations, and safety, with knowledge kept current.

  • •Proven ability to manage security vendors and hold them to high performance standards.
