Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and training to build a foundation in AVEVA Simulation products, including AVEVA Process Simulation, PRO/II, and Dynamic Simulation.
  • •Support customers’ day-to-day use of AVEVA Simulation products by responding to technical enquiries with guidance from senior team members when needed.
  • •Troubleshoot customer problems by reproducing issues, analyzing simulation models, identifying potential causes, and collaborating with senior engineers, Product Management, and R&D.
  • •Assist in delivering customer training courses and workshops, remotely and on-site, progressing toward independent delivery.
  • •Create and maintain knowledge articles, best practice guides, and technical documentation; also support software evaluations and pre-sales engagements under guidance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Up to 3 years of experience in process industries or a related field; recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds in process engineering or simulation are welcome.
  • •Fluent Italian and English in both written and verbal communication.
  • •Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and the wider EMEA region.
  • •Eagerness to learn, self-motivated mindset, and enthusiasm for technical problem solving.
