Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect production-grade RAG workflows on cloud resources (AWS, GCP); build agents capable of planning multi-step financial tasks
  • •Develop multimodal reasoning pipelines to ingest and reason over mixed-media financial documents (charts, graphs, tables)
  • •Act as internal adversary (red team) to stress-test models against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and PII leakage
  • •Define the Definition of Done for AI using quantitative evaluation; use DeepEval and similar tools to score faithfulness and relevancy; validate model upgrades and cost-optimisation
  • •Containerise solutions (Docker), define infrastructure, and deploy to cloud via GitLab CI to ensure deployment autonomy

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of total AI engineering experience, with 2+ years hands-on building and deploying NLP or GenAI solutions in production
  • •Multi-Cloud Fluency: architecting solutions on AWS and GCP, with cloud-native LLM ecosystems (Bedrock, Vertex AI) and IAM/storage knowledge
  • •Mastery of GenAI Orchestration: LangChain/LangGraph or LlamaIndex expertise for stateful, multi-turn agents
  • •Experience in Evaluation & Monitoring: open-source tooling (e.g., DeepEval) and tracing/observability (LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize)
  • •MLOps passion: GitLab CI pipelines, automated testing, linting, scanning; strong Docker skills
