Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-priority escalations to resolution in close coordination with key stakeholders
•Resolve factory-, Customer Support-, and supplier-related issues to ensure business continuity
•Translate stakeholder requests into clear and executable development engineering project deliverables
•Prioritize tasks and projects based on business needs and operational urgency
•Manage development engineering projects by balancing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
•More than 5 years of experience as a project leader managing multidisciplinary technical projects
•Experience in the semiconductor industry, including interaction with Customer Support and/or demand and supply management, is preferred
•Strong analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on mindset
•Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
