Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and drive sales of deposits, loans, and fee-based services for retail consumers and small businesses. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, run financial reviews, and cross-sell using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Partner with business stakeholders (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment), meet production and customer experience goals, and follow risk and ethics policies while supporting CSRs on referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events, as directed.
•Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers appropriately while following risk, confidentiality, and ethics policies.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, including end-of-program certification.
•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information; S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required at time of employment.
