Key Responsibilities

•Elicit and validate business requirements by asking the right questions and engaging stakeholders across markets and IT teams.
•Document requirements as user stories, epics, and features in Jira and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
•Collaborate with Product Owners and Digital Product Managers to ensure alignment of requirements with the product roadmap and business outcomes.
•Engage with cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments to ensure timely and effective delivery across markets/time zones.
•Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations across different markets.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
•Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking
•Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira
•Strong domain understanding in Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication
•Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams
