Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop growth by identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-potential Irish seller partners. Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end onboarding and activation. Partner with internal teams to help merchants navigate and grow GMV on the platform, while meeting monthly/quarterly seller acquisition and GMV targets within 3–6 months. Role is a 6–12 month fixed-term contract via a third-party agency.

•Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop value into tailored propositions.
•Assess seller fit and define seller growth strategies and clear pathways to GMV growth.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing support and help merchants navigate growth on the platform while meeting targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
•Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact.
•Experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or platform businesses is a strong advantage.
