Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Consultancy.
  • •Experience advising on job evaluation and compensation, including translating labor market data into practical recommendations.
  • •Familiarity with reward methodologies/tools such as Korn Ferry Hay, ORBA, CATS, Gradar, or comparable systems.
  • •Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel and compensation data and communicating insights to HR and executives.
  • •Professional Dutch and English proficiency for working with works councils and HR/union-related stakeholders.
