Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and periodic review of departmental infrastructure strategies, master plans, and long-term investment programs.
  • •Coordinate infrastructure strategy initiatives across departments and stakeholders, including monitoring progress and following up on action plans and deliverables.
  • •Track infrastructure performance indicators and strategic objectives, and assist in developing dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • •Conduct research and analysis on infrastructure trends, emerging technologies, and international best practices to inform planning recommendations.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable policies and planning frameworks, maintain documentation for studies and strategic initiatives, and support audit and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Architecture, Geography, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning/Urban Planning/Transportation Planning/Engineering Management/MBA (preferred).
  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning, strategic planning, transportation planning, asset management, urban development, municipal engineering, or related fields.
  • •Experience in strategic studies, planning coordination, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within government/municipality/transportation/public sector organizations.
  • •Preferred familiarity with infrastructure development programs, capital investment planning, and asset management principles, plus research, benchmarking, and reporting capabilities.
