Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee collection activities performed by the BPO team for the Global Networks business.
  • •Manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio for TV Distribution across Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, focusing on timely collections and cash flow.
  • •Resolve complex disputes, perform account reconciliations, and support collection objectives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Prepare and maintain cash forecasts and conduct variance analysis to support cash flow management.
  • •Drive continuous improvement, automation, and analytics initiatives, and support the Keystone SAP S/4HANA transformation and other strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a related finance role.
  • •Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes and key performance indicators.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis to derive insights from complex financial data.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
