Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate maintenance work for electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuous operations and timely repairs.
•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and implement safety systems within the team.
•Plan and execute preventive maintenance to keep equipment performing as required and minimize downtime.
•Review equipment deficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and safety.
•Maintain orderly shop and storage areas, manage inventories of tools, parts and supplies, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management
•Professional qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Facility Management
•Minimum 5 years working experience (3 years relevant, GCC a plus)
•Experience leading maintenance teams and training staff
•ERP knowledge, SAP preferred for functional skills
