Job Summary

Drive consultative technology sales for Regional Service Provider customers in the Mountain region (AZ, CO, UT, ID), including growing existing accounts and developing new logos. Exceed sales targets while positioning Arista solutions across routing, switching, security, and cloud computing—covering software-driven data centers, wired/wireless campus, and 800G Etherlink AI networking. Partner with systems engineers and technology partners to design solutions, manage channel relationships, and run strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Exceed measurable sales objectives and expand Arista’s presence in Regional Service Provider (ISP/Cloud Provider) accounts across the Mountain region.
•Use a consultative selling approach to address business needs involving hybrid cloud and legacy siloed IT systems across the Arista portfolio.
•Meet with influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value proposition.
•Work with Arista systems engineers to design and position solutions that drive down total cost of ownership.
•Develop strategic account plans, manage channel relationships, and run demand generation activities (happy hours, lunch-n-learns, technology forums).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 166,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree (or equivalent) plus 7+ years of technology sales experience.
•Proven track record selling into large and regional Service Providers and exceeding sales targets within a territory.
•Relevant data center or networking industry background (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user.
•Experience selling with technical acumen in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
•Strong relationships and ability to build trust with influencers, decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders.
