Maintain trash bins, dispose of garbage in dumpsters, keep floors clean and safe, and complete daily cooler cleaning. Ensure House of Blues sanitation, safety, and health code compliance, assist teammates as needed, and perform opening/closing duties in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
