Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, tumblers, glasses, pots, and pans
  • •Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit kitchen/dish room garbage in dumpsters
  • •Keep floors clean and hazard-free by removing spills, food, and trash
  • •Daily clean the walk-in cooler and maintain proper rotation/storage of dishware (including lifting up to 40 lbs)
  • •Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards and assist with opening/closing as needed
