Own AMD initiative execution by learning the AMD Pillar and supporting systems, then leading and training others on safe equipment lock-out for CIL activities. Identify and teach the “7” types of equipment defects, support defect handling, and coach teams on Centerlines, CIL, and 5S standards. Troubleshoot line issues, perform CIL/base condition tasks, track operating metrics (downtime, stops, MTBF), and use SAP for defect reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and train safe lock-out of equipment to prepare for CIL (Clean-Inspect-Lube) activities.
•Learn and teach defect identification and how to use the defect handling system.
•Coach team members on Centerlines, CIL, and 5S standards and ensure critical adherence to these standards.
•Perform line CIL and base condition tasks, including CIL checklists and ensuring supplies are available.
•Review and track equipment operating metrics (e.g., downtime, stops, MTBF) and coordinate with AMD Leads on resourcing.
