  • •Complete CarMax New Associate Orientation and Kronos Training for hourly associates.

  • •Physical capability to perform repairs, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • •Where required by state/local law, maintain ASE certifications for listed areas (Steering and Suspension, Brakes, Heating/Air Conditioning, Electrical, Engine Repair, Manual Drive Train and Axles, Engine Performance, Automatic Transmission/Transaxle).
