Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment including conveyors, mixers, crushers, and screens.
  • •Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • •Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and recommend preventative solutions.
  • •Maintain and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, and other plant components.
  • •Ensure all work complies with safety policies, procedures, and OSHA/MSHA regulations; assist with shutdowns/start-ups and keep maintenance records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • •Previous related experience in the construction or materials field.
