Lead packaging strategic procurement by owning assigned categories from SKU ideation to vendor onboarding. Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network.
•Refine and implement a sourcing and supply chain strategy for a selection of categories that optimizes process, reduces risk, and improves our cost structure
•Build and maintain a strong supplier base that align with our company values; own relationships with our strategic suppliers, including performance management and innovation activities
•Manage cost savings initiatives through our strategic sourcing process to ensure that we hit our targeted budget
•Leverage large internal datasets and industry benchmarks to drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,600 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing, or management consulting in operations strategy
•3+ years of packaging sourcing experience preferred
•Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
•Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; proficient with PowerPoint
•Experience leading large initiatives and sourcing events through strategic sourcing processes
