Job Summary

Design, develop, and validate agentic AI solutions for Entrust’s identity-centric security products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype innovations through the Pilot → MVP → Production pipeline, build REST APIs and microservice integrations, and apply CI/CD practices. You’ll leverage cloud platforms, establish robust testing for reliability, and create clear documentation while working within the AI Team led by the Director of AI and Automation.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and execute high-impact innovation projects in Entrust’s security product segments.
•Design, develop, and implement AI solutions aligned with project needs, supporting the innovation pipeline from Pilot → MVP → Production.
•Develop and optimize REST APIs to enable robust communication between application components and microservices.
•Apply continuous integration and delivery practices to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
•Create documentation and maintain robust testing practices to ensure system reliability; leverage cloud platforms to deploy cost-effective solutions.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in generative AI and agent development.
•Practical experience building AI agents programmatically or with tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
•Understand AI agent architectures and protocols, including tool orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, MCP, and A2A.
•Experience with AI development frameworks/platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tooling.
•2+ years’ experience with 3+ object-oriented languages (preferred Go and/or Python), plus design patterns and UML; also familiarity with Git, Docker, Linux, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
