Job Summary

Serve as the primary HR business partner for Ghobash Group businesses in Saudi Arabia, delivering strategic and operational HR support across multiple units. Lead end-to-end recruitment, manage Saudization and nationalization quotas, and ensure compliance through KSA portals such as Qiwa and Nitaqat. Oversee onboarding, manpower planning, performance management, and employee relations, while partnering with general managers and senior leadership to drive engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary HR point of contact across Ghobash Group business units in KSA, ensuring consistent HR service delivery.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments, building applicant pipelines, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating management interviews.
•Own Saudization strategy, nationalization targets, and visa quota management, including managing Qiwa and Nitaqat and reporting on compliance metrics.
•Oversee employee onboarding, manpower planning, succession planning, and development and retention initiatives aligned to Group standards.
•Drive performance management and employee relations, including KPI setting, facilitating review cycles, addressing employee requests within HR SLAs, and ensuring compliance with KSA Labour Law and disciplinary processes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, including a demonstrable understanding of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization requirements.
•5+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple business units, including experience within a diversified group operating in KSA.
•Proven recruitment experience across multiple roles and levels, including managing the full hiring lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
•Track record managing Nitaqat compliance and nationalization quotas, including manpower planning and workforce forecasting to meet visa quota needs.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s in HR, Psychology, or Business Management preferred).
