Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global fleet reliability and the end-to-end lifecycle of vehicle issues, from reporting through root cause to landed fleet-wide fixes.
  • •Run intake, triage, and playbooks across development and production fleets, including tooling and staffing models for each mode.
  • •Partner with engineering on permanent fixes for recurring/systemic failure modes and manage engineering change and rollout coordination.
  • •Set and enforce validation gates to return vehicles to service only when confirmed ready, ensuring issues escalated to engineering include fault isolation and supporting data.
  • •Build, hire, and lead multi-region teams and deliver fleet uptime reporting (fleet health, issue trends, downtime aging, first-touch resolution).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • •10+ years experience working with automotive hardware and software.
  • •5+ years leading technical teams across multiple regions/time zones, including hiring and developing engineers or technicians and managing a mix of full-time and contract/vendor technical workforce.
  • •Experience owning a reliability, triage, or service function with formal escalation and root cause processes, including engineering change/configuration control.
  • •Experience building tooling/dashboards that improve operational efficiency, plus comfort diagnosing issues from logs/telemetry and hands-on debugging.
