Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and growth of Child & Youth programming for refugee and immigrant children.
  • •Provide overall oversight for child and youth classes and summer camps, including evening/morning programming and new initiatives.
  • •Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers and interns, and manage weekly volunteer schedules to ensure coverage and safety protocols.
  • •Oversee summer camp logistics (curriculum, registration, scheduling, transportation if applicable, supplies, risk management, and family communication).
  • •Maintain program operations including attendance tracking, incident reports, enrollment/waitlist management, budgeting/expenditures, and program data monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Serve as the primary leader for child and youth programming, including classes and summer camps.
  • •Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers and program interns to maintain child safety and required ratios.
  • •Plan and oversee 2–3 annual summer camps end-to-end, including curriculum development, logistics, registration, and program evaluation.
  • •Maintain compliance with child protection regulations, including emergency procedures and required screenings/training/documentation.
  • •Fluent English with excellent oral and written skills; must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
