Job Summary

Independently apply fertilizer and crop protection products in the field while safely operating sprayer/airflow equipment. Build relationships with local farmers, pick up and deliver products, and educate customers on field products and techniques. Under general supervision, complete routine equipment maintenance and daily inspections, perform warehouse and loading/forklift-related tasks as needed, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing vehicle cleanliness and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply fertilizer and crop protection products, using high clearance sprayer/floater when required
•Pick up and deliver products to customers and work with customers in a courteous, professional manner
•Educate customers on products being applied and techniques, and continue supporting them with products and services
•Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and customer needs are met
•Complete daily maintenance inspections and perform routine equipment maintenance, including repairs and preventive maintenance

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
•Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays and occasional weekends
•Ability to lift 75 lbs
