Key Responsibilities

•Foster a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment, including mentoring junior/mid engineers.
•Advocate for quality by writing testable code and acting as a gatekeeper for definition of done.
•Document solutions and participate in technical show-and-tell sessions and blog article writing.
•Collaborate effectively across multiple engineering centers in multiple territories.
•Identify and implement opportunities to enable Android/iOS engineers to develop more productively and with high quality.

Key Requirements

•Degree in computer science or a related discipline.
•Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
•Experience working in an Agile team and a DevOps-focused environment.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
•Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and related technologies; plus proficiency with Linux, Java/Spring, SQL/DDL, front-end technologies (React/Angular), and CI/testing; cloud provider experience (AWS or Ali Cloud) is required.
