Job Summary

Drive continual improvement in manufacturing procedures and processes for a high-volume 300mm wafer fab focused on analog technologies. You’ll support manufacturing operations, develop methods that improve efficiency, yields, machine operations, and quality, and execute equipment/process startup and process experiments during ramp. Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time, identify systematic process/equipment problems, and contribute to data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing operations.
•Develop and implement improved methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
•Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, new product support, and other process improvements.
•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running analog technologies.
•Support manufacturing ramp execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs), and participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•5 years relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Hands-on experience with FOL tools such as DA/SMT, AOI, SPI, and Reflow; knowledge of SMT, AOI(KY), and REFLOW(HELLER).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using methods such as 8D, DMAIC, and DOE.

Experience:5+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
