Business Credit Office Manager

Lead the Business Credit Office (BCO) delivery for corporate lending servicing, owning the end-to-end credit and lending journey and ensuring seamless customer and internal stakeholder processes. Manage client relationship coordination alongside strong credit risk assessment to protect HSBC and achieve required credit quality and risk-adjusted returns. Drive operational improvement, adopt technology and CX initiatives, maintain internal controls, and partner with risk leaders to ensure robust MI and governance.
