Consultant – Family Medicine (Diabetology)

Provide comprehensive family medicine care with a primary focus on diabetology across in-person clinic and telemedicine. Lead diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes and related metabolic disorders, coordinating transitions between virtual and face-to-face visits. Apply population health and value-based care to improve outcomes and patient experience, maintain compliant documentation in EHR/telehealth systems, and support patient safety, audits, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
