Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Provide technical leadership for the development, validation, and sustainment of manufacturing processes and mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE) supporting spacecraft assembly, integration, and test (AIT). Establish manufacturing direction to balance quality, schedule, cost, safety, and scalability, ensuring manufacturing readiness before production. Mentor junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement using Design for Excellence (DFX) initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, production, quality, and program teams.
