Process and pay vendor invoices for the Toronto Marketing and Sales Office, including coding, matching invoices to accrued costs, and ensuring proper authorization. Investigate and resolve accounts payable queries from internal stakeholders and external vendors. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and routine/ad hoc reports under the direction of the Senior Accountant while following safety and environmental rules.
