Staff Accountant

Own GAAP-compliant accounting schedules, including fixed asset roll forwards and supporting documentation. Prepare and post accurate journal entries (accruals, reclasses, depreciation, and month-end adjustments) and perform balance sheet account reconciliations with clear documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate expense and transaction recording, and support month-end close, budgeting, audits, and process improvements.
