Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily costume and wardrobe operations to ensure smooth distribution, maintenance, laundry, fittings, and uniform/costume availability.
  • •Supervise and support the wardrobe team (leads, attendants, drivers, and seamstresses) through daily briefings, coaching, training, and performance guidance.
  • •Maintain costume and wardrobe inventory systems with accurate records of uniforms, costumes, repairs, stock levels, transactions, and asset movements.
  • •Ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards across wardrobe items, work areas, laundry processes, and costume preparations.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (laundry providers, suppliers, repair services, procurement/finance/operations) and prepare purchase requests, quotes, and cost-control tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with at least 3+ years of experience in wardrobe or costume departments in theme parks, live theatre, cruise lines, universities, or similar entertainment environments.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in wardrobe or costume operations, with the ability to guide, support, and manage team members.
  • •Strong knowledge of sewing, fittings, basic pattern work, costume maintenance, laundry processes, uniform handling, and wardrobe inventory organization.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online procurement and purchase request processes.
  • •Proficient in English, able to work flexible hours, physically fit for operational duties, and adapt to changing work environments.
