Own the legal strategy for Moove AV’s real estate and facility growth, guiding negotiations for leases, charging agreements, and construction/development matters. Partner closely with the Infrastructure team to align legal priorities with business execution, while managing relationships with outside counsel to deliver strong outcomes. Leverage deep commercial real estate, land use, and corporate/commercial law expertise in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead real estate and land use work, negotiating leases and charging agreements.
•Develop legal strategy for facility operations, including construction and development matters.
•Collaborate with the Infrastructure team and other teams to align legal strategy with business reality.
•Manage relationships with outside counsel to ensure high-quality results.
•Drive corporate and commercial contract review and negotiation for business needs (including MSAs).

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor and active member in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
•6-8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
•Significant commercial real estate experience, including commercial leasing, land use, and construction matters.
•Background in corporate and commercial law.
•A detail-oriented negotiator who can manage urgent priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
