Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)

Manage customer invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable reconciliation for a remote finance team. Monitor A/R aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues, and process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds. Maintain accurate records in the accounting system, generate A/R reports, and support month-end closing while collaborating with internal departments to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
