Key Responsibilities

•Design scalable and performant applications, systems and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, clearly communicating business value to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success through account planning, opportunity prioritization/qualification, and pipeline generation—owning the technical aspects (discovery, demos, proof of value, sizing, documentation).
•Proactively generate demand within the sales territory through technical initiatives and participation in events such as trade shows and ABM activities.
•Foster strong customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8 to 11 years in a customer facing role, with 5 to 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software;
•3+ years of professional experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or languages such as C/C++, Java, C#;
•experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem;
•ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise on improvements using technology;
•excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to leadership and business stakeholders
