Key Responsibilities

  • •Align daily operations with the company’s values and support achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
  • •Supervise appointment scheduling and patient registration, and oversee medical insurance and billing operations.
  • •Provide training, mentorship, onboarding orientation, and probation sign-off; conduct bi-annual performance conversations and yearly appraisals.
  • •Monitor employee scheduling and coverage, support recruitment and selection, and assist with attendance, leave, overtime, and staff allocations.
  • •Ensure compliance with NMC regulations and policies (including infection control, patient safety, and JCI), manage billing discrepancies, and produce reports and quality audits to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; master’s degree is an advantage.
  • •3+ years of experience in a customer service role or a related field; healthcare experience in UAE is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of insurance, registration, and billing.
  • •Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not essential.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and confidentiality skills.
