Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strategy and operations initiatives across Billing, including maximizing profitability through faster cash collection and loss minimization while preserving customer experience.
  • •Build an internal predictive analytics model and underwriting process to catch bad payers early and inform risk mitigation and contracting decisions.
  • •Research, vet, and onboard new vendors that embed AI agents into customer-facing collections efforts.
  • •Redesign workplace payment conversion processes, including moving customers from checks to eCheck to speed cash conversion.
