Own a rotating set of strategy and operational projects, starting on the Billing team. Help maximize profitability by speeding revenue-to-cash conversion and minimizing losses while preserving customer experience. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver strategy and operations initiatives across Billing, including maximizing profitability through faster cash collection and loss minimization while preserving customer experience.
•Build an internal predictive analytics model and underwriting process to catch bad payers early and inform risk mitigation and contracting decisions.
•Research, vet, and onboard new vendors that embed AI agents into customer-facing collections efforts.
•Redesign workplace payment conversion processes, including moving customers from checks to eCheck to speed cash conversion.
•Manage a team of Billing Account Managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 annually
