Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and direction to the local Project Manager and construction management team.
  • •Develop and maintain the project plan, including schedule, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Review and approve local subcontractor and vendor contracts, and monitor performance against quality and contractual obligations.
  • •Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, escalating as needed.
  • •Champion safety and lead QA/QC implementation through audits and inspections, aligning with company protocols and local regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
