•Deliver and check bridge and structural designs in accordance with MRWA and relevant standards.
•Prepare and review design reports, calculations, and technical documentation, including construction drawings and specifications.
•Lead design elements across concept, preliminary, detailed and IFC stages.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, drainage, road design, construction advisors) to ensure integrated solutions.
•Mentor and support graduate and mid-level engineers and liaise with clients and approval authorities.

Key Requirements

•Typically 8–12 years’ experience in bridge / heavy civil structural design
•Sound knowledge of MRWA standards and submission processes
•Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. SpaceGass, Strand7, LUSAS, Midas)
