Key Responsibilities

•Build, manage, and evolve Power BI dashboards to inform operational and commercial decisions
•Lead the migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI, maintaining like-for-like capabilities and redesigning visuals as needed
•Model data and write DAX to enable analytics and governance across reports
•Implement best-practice governance to ensure reports are performant, trusted, and easy to use
•Collaborate with the data warehouse team and business stakeholders across time zones to deliver high-impact insights

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in BI development or data visualisation, including hands-on Power BI
•Proven ability to build and manage production-grade dashboards (requirements through to publishing and support)
•Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills; comfortable modelling data for analytics
•Solid SQL skills for querying data warehouse tables and views; familiarity with dimensional modelling
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
